Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PrediRoute ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PrediRoute platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered through our website and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services
• Not be prohibited from using our Service under applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding prediction markets and cryptocurrency trading

Description of Service

PrediRoute is a prediction market aggregation platform that provides users with:

• Access to multiple prediction market platforms through a unified interface
• Price comparison and best execution routing
• Portfolio tracking across multiple platforms
• Market data, analytics, and research tools

PrediRoute acts as an aggregator and routing service. We do not operate prediction markets directly, and all trades are executed on the underlying platforms (such as Polymarket, Opinion, or others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

Wallet Connection and Non-Custodial Nature

Our Service operates on a non-custodial basis. When you connect your cryptocurrency wallet to our platform:

• You maintain full custody of your digital assets at all times. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and any connected hardware devices.
• All transactions are initiated and signed by you through your wallet. We facilitate the process but do not execute transactions on your behalf.
• Lost access to your wallet cannot be recovered by us. We cannot retrieve, reset, or restore access to your funds.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the platform
• Maintain the security of your wallet and any authentication methods
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent activities
• Not use automated systems or bots in ways that could harm the Service or other users
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations related to your trading activities

Risk Disclosure

TRADING IN PREDICTION MARKETS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK. You should carefully consider your objectives, experience level, and risk tolerance before trading. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Market Risk: The value of positions can fluctuate significantly. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Volatility: Prediction market prices can be highly volatile, especially around resolution dates or significant news events.
• Liquidity Risk: Some markets may have limited liquidity, affecting your ability to enter or exit positions at desired prices.
• Smart Contract Risk: Prediction markets operate on blockchain technology and smart contracts, which may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Regulatory Risk: The regulatory environment for prediction markets and cryptocurrencies is evolving and may change.
• Platform Risk: The underlying prediction market platforms may experience downtime, bugs, or other issues outside our control.
• No Financial Advice: Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making trading decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrediRoute and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless you have our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with and provides access to third-party prediction market platforms and other services. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or the products or services they offer.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDIROUTE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our Service
• Any damages resulting from errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
• Any damages resulting from third-party platforms or services
• Any damages arising from your use of prediction markets

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) $100.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any market data, prices, or other information provided through the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrediRoute and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as email notification). Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrediRoute is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
