1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrediRoute ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PrediRoute is a prediction market aggregator that provides access to data, analytics, and trading interfaces for prediction markets hosted on third-party protocols, including but not limited to Polymarket. PrediRoute does not operate its own prediction markets, custody user funds, or act as a counterparty to any trade.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction market services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

Account authentication is handled through third-party wallet providers (e.g., Privy). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials. PrediRoute is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Trading and Transactions

All trades executed through PrediRoute are processed on underlying blockchain protocols. You acknowledge that:

• Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• Network fees (gas) are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
• Use automated systems to exploit the Platform in an abusive manner.
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on PrediRoute are the property of PrediRoute Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PrediRoute does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analytics provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrediRoute and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications

PrediRoute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
